Assamese athletes are continuing their excellent performance at the on going Khelo India Tribal Games in Chhattisgarh. In the athletics events of the competition, Assam’s Trailokya Machrang delivered a brilliant performance in the Men’s 110m hurdles to clinch the Gold medal. He completed his run in 15.85 seconds to secure the top spot.
Following this, two other athletes, Manas Pratim Rabha and Krishnamoni Pegu, won Bronze medals. In the Men’s shot put event of the Tribal Games, Manas Pratim won the Bronze medal with a throw of 12.20 meters. Similarly, in the Women’s discus throw, Krishnamoni secured a Bronze medal with a throw of 29.95 meters.
