Organized by the River Rine Athletic Club, the Rashmibala Tamuli ‘B’ Division Cricket League has reached its semifinal stage. Jagriti Club and Bud Cricket Club have secured their spots in the semifinals.
In a match today, Jagriti Club defeated River Rine Club by 23 runs, thanks to a brilliant performance by Jagjit Singh and Tauhid Ali. Jagriti Club Performance Jagjit Singh remained unbeaten with 59 runs. Tauhid Ali contributed 25 runs. The team set a target of 126 runs for the loss of 8 wickets in 20 overs. River Rine Bowling Samiran Sarma took 3 wickets for 20 runs.
River Rine Club was bowled out for 103 runs. Sameeran Sarma scored 42 runs and Pratyush scored 14 runs. Jagriti Bowling Tauhid Ali took 3 wickets for 12 runs. Nitul Ali took 2 wickets. The first semifinal will take place tomorrow between Bud Cricket Club and Maharana AC. In today’s second match, City Club defeated Navajyoti Club by 1 wicket to advance.
