Trident sets board meeting date to declare Q3 results 2026

Trident Ltd announced on Wednesday that its board is scheduled to meet on Monday, February 9, to review and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2025. In a filing to the exchange, the company stated that the meeting will cover both standalone and consolidated financial statements.

In the second quarter of FY26, Trident reported consolidated revenue of ₹1,803 crore, while consolidated EBITDA stood at ₹232 crore, reflecting an EBITDA margin of 12.85%, down from 13.78% in the same quarter last year and 18.06% in the previous quarter. The yarn segment recorded consolidated revenue of ₹924 crore, demonstrating steady performance amid current market conditions. The home textiles division contributed ₹983 crore, highlighting stable demand for the company’s core textile products. Meanwhile, the paper and chemicals business posted ₹247 crore in revenue for the quarter.

On the stock front, Trident shares gained 1.24% to ₹26.17 in Wednesday trading, rising 7.29% over the past five sessions. Despite recent pressure, with a six-month decline of 15% and a one-year drop of 9.37%, the stock has historically delivered exceptional long-term returns of over 5,142% in 25 years, transforming from a penny stock into a multibagger.
