ICICI Bank has set up a branch in Dibrugarh, its third in the city. Housed at JSB Pavilion, Boiragimoth, the branch is equipped with an ATM-cum-Cash Recycler Machine (CRM) to offer withdrawal services to all customers and cash deposit to ICICI Bank customers. Mr. Gautam Bardoloi, Founder, Kanchanjangha Floating Restaurant inaugurated the branch.
The branch provides a Tab Banking facility, offering nearly 100 services via a tablet device, including account opening, Fixed Deposit (FD), cheque book requests, e-statements generation, and address changes, among others. The branch provides a variety of accounts, including savings, current accounts, trade and forex services, fixed and recurring deposits, loans, remittance and card services, and remittance and card services to both resident and non-resident Indians. It operates from Monday to Friday and on the first, third, and fifth Saturdays of the month. The branch has an ATM-cum-Cash Recycler Machine available 24×7.
