U-13 Assam Youth Football League Sees No Action Amidst Team Absences

No matches were held today in the Under-13 Assam Youth Football League. In the first match, BTC’s Bodofa Football Club was awarded a walkover due to the absence of Kaziranga. In the second match, the opposing team, Nagaon’s Brahmaputra Dolphin, received a walkover as the Football Coaching Centre of Gargaon failed to appear.
It is noteworthy that although eight teams are participating in the competition, only five teams—excluding Football Coaching Centre (Gargaon), Kaziranga Sports Club (Kaliabor), and Guwahati Town Club—have contributed and been playing so far (PJP FC, We Sports, Bodofa FC, Brahmaputra Dolphin, and Murkongselek United FC). The sports community has expressed that the Assam Football Association should look into this matter and take appropriate measures .
