10,000 priceless Mahogony tree saplings were given to the locals at the No. 1 Mohan village public ground in Bardumcha by engineer Manikeshwar Deori of No. 2 Mohong Deori, who is currently employed by the Oil and Gas Multinational Company in the Netherlands. Mohan Moran, President of Tinsukia Zila Xahitya Xabha, presided over an awareness gathering about the advantages of Mehogoni trees prior to the distribution of tree seedlings that Manikeshwar Deori personally purchased.
Ratnakanta Moran, Secretary, Mohong Anchalik Yubak Sangha, served as the meeting’s moderator.
