India’s leading ride-hailing platform, Rapido, has launched its bike taxi services in Dibrugarh, strengthening its presence as the largest app-based mobility provider in the region. The new service aims to offer seamless first and last-mile connectivity while boosting economic opportunities for locals. The company, which facilitates over 3.5 million rides daily nationwide, is set to generate 2,000 new job opportunities in Dibrugarh by onboarding youth as Rapido “Captains.” With over 9 million jobs created across India, Rapido continues to play a major role in the gig economy.
