Since August of this year, the Kokrajhar Planetarium, which is situated in Dimalgaon close to the Kokrajhar Reserve Police, has been accessible to the public. The planetarium provides an immersive experience for those who are eager to learn about the wonders of the cosmos through its captivating shows with the theme “Biography of the Universe.” Daily performances in many languages provide accessibility for a wide range of guests.
Shows are scheduled to begin at 11:30 AM in English, 2:30 PM in Hindi, and 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM in Assamese. For both locals and visitors, these shows offer an enthralling voyage through the cosmos, making it a must-see location. Mondays are closed at the planetarium, while the fifteenth of each month is a regular holiday. Families and educational groups may afford the reasonably priced tickets, which cost Rs 15 for students and Rs 30 for the general public.
