The Toyota Innova HyCross has been awarded a 5-star safety rating under the Bharat New Car Assessment Programme (Bharat NCAP), India’s vehicle safety evaluation system. The rating covers both adult and child occupant protection.
Built on the Toyota New Global Architecture (TNGA) platform, the HyCross is equipped with advanced safety features, including Toyota Safety Sense (TSS), six airbags, ABS, VSC, TPMS, ISOFIX mounts, and Lane Trace Assist, among others.
Union Minister for Road Transport and Highways, Nitin Gadkari, presented the Bharat NCAP certification to Toyota officials in New Delhi earlier today.
Launched in 2022, the Innova HyCross has sold over 1.35 lakh units in India, becoming a trusted choice for families with its SUV-inspired design, hybrid technology, and premium features.
