In remembrance of the Indian military, Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma opened an Operation Sindoor exhibit at the State BJP headquarters on Wednesday. CM Sarma spoke at the occasion and declared, “Our armed forces, led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, showed great valour and destroyed Pakistan after the Pahalgam terror attack.” The Pakistani terror infrastructure was destroyed by our missile systems, defense facilities, and the valiant actions of our troops.
Additionally, as a show of solidarity and patriotism, he urged people to take part in the Tirangaa Yatra, which is being held throughout the state. On Wednesday, BJP state president Dilip Saikia and Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma led a “Tiranga Yatra” in the state capital to commemorate the accomplishment of “Operation Sindoor,” which was conducted by the Indian military in response to the Pahalgam terror incident. From Adabari to Jalukbari, hundreds of party workers and supporters attended the rally. The march was also attended by Lt Gen (retd) Rana Pratap Kalita, the former commander of the Eastern Army.
