New chairman of Assam Pradesh Congress Medical Cell appointed

Dr. Jadunath Buragohain has been appointed as the chairman of the Medical Cell, Assam Pradesh Congress Committee (APCC), with immediate effect.
This appointment was made as directed by APCC president and Deputy Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha, Gaurav Gogoi. Through an official order issued on August 16, signed by APCC general secretary (organisation) Ramanna Baruah, Dr. Buragohain was entrusted with this new responsibility, stated a press release.
