Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the nation virtually and distributed appointment letters to over 51,000 newly recruited youth in various central government departments and organizations at the 19th edition of Rozgar Mela. Addressing the new recruits at 47 locations across the country, the Prime Minister said the rapid technological advancements and the talented young workforce are making the world community more and more willing to associate itself with India’s continuing development journey. International leaders and major corporate houses have shown immense optimism about India’s progress during his recent official visits abroad, he said. The Prime Minister pointed out the strategic international agreements signed recently are meant to directly benefit the youth of the country by increasing global exposure and creating modern employment opportunities. He welcomed the new appointees in key departments of railways, home affairs and health and asked them to work with dedication. He presented them as important stake holders in the delivery of the national vision of a developed India.
